Topics Discussed:

a. Report from Dave: We have $2,100 available to spend on projects this year if needed.

b. Board to consider removing all plants from the corner erosion containment areas and merely plant grass between the rocks.
Letters to be sent to each abutting homeowner advising the change and their responsibility of maintaining the areas thereafter. Jeff to be point.

c. Jeff has bid to raise trees and trim bushes over the signs at entrance. Board to vote on proceeding at next regular meeting. We need to find out if the pines are on homeowners property.

d. Neighborhood watch topic came up with no designated action. To be discussed further.

e. One homeowner is interested in changing the By-laws to allow chickens to be raised in Foxmoor. A petition was discussed with no designated action established.

f. A natural gas pipeline is being installed down Lake Wheeler Road. Drew to investigate possibility of connecting Foxmoor to it. Click Here for the Update from PSNC

g. Complaints about low water pressure in certain areas. Drew to discuss this with Aqua.

This was one of our better meetings. Must have been the Rachel factor again. Thanks to all for participating.
